Job Summary
Carroll International is seeking a skilled and experienced GSA Contract Manager to oversee our growing General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, including managing compliance, pricing, and deliverables for federal clients. This remote position involves working with internal teams, federal agencies, and business OEM partners to ensure successful execution of GSA Schedules or other GSA-related agreements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about federal procurement regulations, and able to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Oversight: Manage all aspects of Carroll International’s GSA contracts, including compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and GSA-specific requirements.

Pricing & Proposals: Develop and maintain competitive pricing schedules, submit modifications via GSA eMod, and ensure listings on GSA Advantage! are accurate and up-to-date.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for federal clients and GSA contracting officers, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth contract execution.

Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partners to align offerings with GSA contract terms and bring competitive deals to federal clients.

Compliance & Reporting: Monitor contract performance, submit required reports (e.g., Industrial Funding Fee payments), and ensure adherence to HUBZone and GSA guidelines.

Market Analysis: Research federal procurement trends and identify opportunities to expand Carroll International’s presence within the GSA marketplace.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate contract records, track deadlines, and manage documentation in GSA systems and internal tools.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience managing GSA contracts or similar federal procurement programs; familiarity with GSA Advantage!, eBuy, or Schedules preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with contract management software, and excellent written and verbal communication.

English language will be primary, but bilingual ablity is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support: Identify and pursue sales opportunities under the NASA SEWP contract, collaborating with federal agencies and approved contractors to meet their IT procurement needs.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with federal clients, providing tailored solutions from Carroll International’s portfolio of IT products and services.

Quoting and Proposals: Utilize the SEWP to generate accurate, timely quotes and assist clients through the procurement process.

Administrative Tasks: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or federal procurement preferred; familiarity with IT products or government contracts (e.g., NASA SEWP) is a plus.
